My role is to offer you a safe, compassionate space to talk things through, understand what’s really going on, and discover ways to move forward with more peace and confidence. In individual counselling, I work with children, teens, and adults to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and personal challenges. My Approach

  I combine proven therapeutic techniques with practical coping strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives. I draw on methods such as mindfulness, cognitive reframing, boundary-setting, stress management tools, and emotion regulation techniques — all tailored to the unique needs of each individual.​   I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I am a counsellor with many years of experience journeying alongside children, teenagers, couples, families, caregivers, and the elderly through life’s many ups and downs.​ Over the years, I’ve supported individuals from both mainstream and special needs backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and domestic violence. My purpose is to hold a safe, compassionate space where people can find clarity, strength, and balance. I believe that healing begins with being truly heard — and with the right support, everyone has the capacity to grow and transform. ​
