Sessions focus on understanding each child’s strengths and needs, building emotional awareness, and helping families find practical strategies for daily life. My goal is to support both children and parents as they grow together with patience, understanding, and compassion.


🌻 Elderly & Caregiver Support

Aging brings changes that can be both emotional and physical. I offer supportive counselling for seniors adjusting to life transitions, coping with loss, or seeking emotional wellbeing.

For caregivers, I provide a space to talk openly about the stress and emotional toll of caring for a loved one. Together, we explore ways to manage overwhelm, find balance, and prioritize self-care — because your wellbeing matters, too.
